If you are not happy with your order please contact us immediately. ELA DESIGN STUDIO accepts unused items in their original condition for store credit within 10 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on any custom or final sale items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, please send us an email to request our mailbox address. We recommend that you ship with an insured courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Parcel Post. ELA DESIGN STUDIO is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value (the buyer is responsible for covering the difference). ELA DESIGN STUDIO will repair items purchased through our online store at no charge for up to 3 months purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). To request a repair please email firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the problem. After 3 months, repairs are subject to a fee.
If you bought an item through one of our many retailers, please return the damaged item to the store where it was purchased. We defer to each retailer’s return policy in these cases.
Our designs are hand made with love in the Dominican Republic. We integrate buttons, metals, and vintage finds to create unique pieces, so slight variations may exist between pieces. Please note items should be handled with care.
For gold and silver-plated metals, please expect some natural tarnishing over time with wear. Protect the accessorie from harsh surfaces and severe chemicals and be mindful of wearing make-up near jewelry. Keep in protective pouch (provided with the accessorie) when not worn, do not spray perfume on this item.
